Key skills – Maths

This week we have been visualising numbers. We have been looking at how we could split a Wonka bar. We knew how many pieces were in a whole bar, which was shown at the top of the diagram. The bottom bar showed how it was then split. We needed to work out how the bar was split by looking at the size of the pieces in relation to the whole bar.

This is an example of Singapore bars. You could ‘bing’ this if you need extra guidance on the task or why not leave a reply on the blog.
